Ok thankyou for your comments, i was relying on capital growth yes, so essentially its a pointless move?What would others say is a more worthwhile investment? Im not familiar with shares etc.
What about living in a property with lodgers although its all taxable income isn't it. God investing is hard i must say.0 -
