Thread subscription email problem again?

Is it just me? Has anyone received emails for their subscribed threads?
I had this problem previously after the server changeover but it has been working OK recently, then today I haven't got any :eek:
EDIT: I've messaged MSE Ian who helped us out last time

Hope it's just a short lived problem this time....Our Granddaughter, Caitlin Freya is now 7 years old
, growing up to be a lovely young lady and our Grandson, Findlay Ewan is 3 years old and still a lovable bundle of mischief one of each, how perfect 0 -
