Lost jamaica ginger cake recipe - please help

    If you did this as a tray bake, as opposed to in a loaf tin, can anyone advise what the baking time and temperature should be?

    I'm still around I can promise you (waves frantically)

    I see that others have solved the ginger cake recipe problem - but my Web Angel suggests that if you are having difficulty seeing some sites then you may want to clear the "cookies on your browser" ..... which apparently is not something to do with baking but something techie.

    Hope you can google the instructions for whatever you are using.

    Now I feel the need to go and make some cake - as an excuse from editing my book of course LOL
