What shall we buy when debt-free?

This year I am looking forward to being able to buy my family decent Christmas presents (yes, I mentioned the dreaded C-word in September) - I always used to buy expensive presents when it was all merrily going on credit, and then they got very nice homemade gifts when paying off debts. This year I am aiming to buy them something nice, and make them something nice also.

What is everyone else's dream purchase (with actual money rather than credit), after Debt free dates?!

Sx
I have enough money for the rest of my life... as long as I never have to pay for anything again!

I'd get myself a new car rather than the heap of junk I've got now. Something that will get me up a steep Welsh hill at more than five miles an hour:rotfl:

What happened to your old one? I sure hope it didn't get lost or you had to pawn it or sell it or something. That would be too awful.
