The Promoter reserves the right to change these terms at any time and to communicate the changes to entrants by updating these terms on this website

The prize draw is open to UK residents over the age of 18 excluding employees of Townhouse Lettings or any other company linked to the prize draw in any way. You must be 18 or over on the date of entry to the prize draw

To enter the prize draw users should follow the instructions on the Townhouse Lettings competition app and enter theri details

Only one entry per Facebook username will be entered in the prize draw

The prize must be dispatched to a UK postal address

The winners will be chosen at random from all qualifying entries shortly after the closing date and time

The start date of the prize draw is 6/9/2013 and it closes at 3pm on 20/9/2013

There are no cash alternatives to the prizes offered

The random selection of the winner will be carried out in the presence of an independent party appointed by Townhouse Lettings and the result is final. No discussion will be entered into concerning the outcome of the draw

The winner will be notified via email shortly after the closing date/time. If Townhouse Lettings is unable to contact the winner within 7 days of the closing date, the prize will be reallocated to a substitute winner selected at the same time as the main prize draw
