Undoubtedly, but that begs the question what is the difference between the two? I suspect (only suspect) that it's really very little.

I looked at a couple of watercress growers web sites and they said the grew watercress and organic watercress, but didn't say what the difference was or what makes it "organic".

Like you, I suspect it's just not using artificial fertiliser and pesticides.

No idea- we never pays for cress as we live in Arlesford.
