Intelligent Switch choice ?

Sorry if asked countless times before - haven't read all the threads yet !
I am thinking about a proportional power diverter to put excess generation into the DHW cylinder immersion heater.
Quite happy to / prefer to instal it myself, and have seen what looks to be a good unit from "Intelligent Immersion" based in Hampshire, and offering their unit at around £200.
I was wondering if anyone had any comments, good or bad on this and / or what is considered the most efficient unit of its type on the market at the moment ?
Thanks
