I am finding the bottle impossible to open!! Its driving me nuts - and I have followed the instruction on the box - looks like it'll be a small knife every time job

Gave up trying to open this weeks ago and forgot about it! Just trying again - managed to get Perspex cover off top ( with end of scissors!) and still stumped! It's driving me nuts - can some kind soul provide me with an Idiots Guide please?

Cap pulls of it is stiff so be carefull I spilled some when I finally got iin to mine. Hold thin sides of bottle and pull broad cap.good luck

I got one too, and struggled with the cap until I realised the opening instructions are actually printed on the box. DOH!
