I've got an email from Nisa saying I've won a T-Shirt but it has someone else's name at the top of the email? I also wouldn't have entered a competition for a T-Shirt unless it was a runner's up prize in a competition for something else. Has anyone else had the same email?

They do sometimes have runners up prizes.
I would email them back & let them know the name they sent you in the email is not you

The top prize was a £500 Virgin Holidays voucher and there were 200 runners up prize's of T-Shirts.0
