I'm thinking I need to start making some small christmas cakes now if I want to put them in hampers - why oh why is Christmas coming round sooooooooooo quickly !!!
I like the idea of cooking them in the small baked bean tins and would need to make about 7
anyone got a recipe ( fool proof please , haven't made christmas cakes for years )

sorry don't have a recipe unless you made a big cake an divided up into the tins
