Just got my order though seems to be working slowly at last.

Just got an order in - what's happening is that their server is overloaded and is not sending out all the files needed to make the cart software work (so, for example, you may see the product page that you want but the buy now button does not work)

If you know how to launch the console in your browser you can use that to display which files have not been retrieved - usually they'll be listed with a 500 error, likewise javascript errors - if there's a 500 for a javascript file then most likely the page will not work even though it looks OK

If you don't want to use the console then use the Refresh button for your browser, if you get to the checkout and get past the first stage (enter your details) then do not use the Postcode search as suggested and then don't use a credit/debit card that needs the Verified by Visa/Mastercard system as that may get you bounced out too)

At the final page you may get an error 'your order has not been submitted' don't hit the back key here but resubmit

At last, finally managed to complete my order...I hope it was worth it as took about 4 hours of trying

It took all day to finally get on the vax warehouse clearance site. I kept managing to get items in the basket, only to find they were sold out once at checkout! Finally ordered my vax air3 pet vacuum cleaner to find that my manually inserted postcode had been incorrectly typed into my phone (the only bit of hardware that managed to get through the whole process!) I called the v helpful 'helpline' and a cheery but obviously overwrought advisor told me that whereas the last warehouse sale had attracted 600 bargain hunters over the whole 4 days, that they had received over 2,000 customers within the period of only 6 hours!......In light of that I'm pretty chuffed that I got my new vax as it looks like 50% of the (most popular)items have already sold out!

Hi Been trying for what seems like hours !!! Can get to checkout but as soon as I enter my details it takes me back to the home page? Anyone experiencing the same and is it just the case of waiting ??? I am wondering if its worth it now ???
