New ideas for an edible garden

Plants for a future is an organisation dedicated to finding sustainable plants for a variety of purposes - including eating, medicine etc.
They have a database of 7,000 plants (a huge number when you consider they say that the majority of what we eat comes from just 20 plants!) with details of cultivation and uses.
Hopefully the information will be of use to some people here looking for new ideas, although the site isn't fully functional at the moment I'm afraid.
