Nram - loyalty rate after 7 years

Hi I assumed that the .25% loyalty rate would be passed on to folks on together mortgage deal - the NRAM web site says no such loyalty rate would be passed on for this type of deal. Has anyone had this .25% rate passed on when they were on a together mortgage deal?

No, because if you look in the Ts&Cs of the Together Mortgage it states you will go onto a preferential rate lower than their current SVR. The fact it is currently only 0.01% lower than SVR may not seem fair, but does conform to their Ts&Cs!0
