Old store card

I have a few debts, most of which I am paying off via a DMP.
I have 1 debt not included in this, a store card with Santander. The total borrowed was £350, in 2006. Since then I have been paying minimum payments, with lots of missed payments from time to time as until recently I didn't manage my finances very well. I currently have a balance of £379. Since taking out the storecard I have made payments well in excess of £1000.
I have offered a settlement of £200, but it has been rejected. Do I have any other options, other than pay in full? I realise it is my fault that I've paid so much, but I can't help thinking that I have paid enough for this particular debt.

A few missed payments generally isnt enough to get a reduced settlemnet figure.
You'd need to properly default (ie debt collectors and threatening letters) to hope to get away with an offer like that.0 -
Sorry, I didn't mention that it is now in default, as I failed to notice that Santander stopped taking my direct debit payments 4 months ago.0

Ask them what figure they would accept as a settlement and go from there.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
They refuse to give me a number. Apparently I have to make the offer.0
