Hi all, just wondering if anyone on here has used this homeopathy remedy to help you sleep? Does it work and where can you buy it in the UK?

It'll work as well as any bottle of water or sugar pill will...
Have a word with your GP or a pharmacist instead - they should point you in the right direction.

I think coffea calms persistent thoughts - so it should help. Have a look at info online as I'm not 100% sure. 'Ordinary' coffea would be available in B00ts etc0

Homeopathy has been widely debunked. You're paying for the placebo effect.0

But what is actually wrong with placebo? If it works, surely a sugar pill is better for me than a drug or hormone which I'd get from my GP?They call me Dr Worm... I'm interested in things; I'm not a real doctor but I am a real worm.0

Oh I agree -nothing physically wrong with it and I'd never suggest homeopathy 'medicines' were dangerous or anything. It's the principle I find offensive - i.e. companies / 'doctors' selling stuff that doesn't actually do anything. Morally wrong IMO.0 -
The problem comes when because the pseudo-science billhooks isn't challenged, homeopathic practitioners then go on and peddle homeopathic antimalarials, homeopathic 'vaccinations' and convince vulnerable people that homeopathy will 'cure' their serious conditions like MS or cancer etc.
Homeopathy is pure placebo that might just make a percentage of people feel a bit better for a bit.
Used just to make you think you could drop off a bit quicker at night - no harm. Telling someone they can now go abroad safe from malaria, or telling some hippy alternative parent that they now don't need the MMR for their kid - that's criminal.
By accepting one, you are endorsing the other, and until homeopathy comes out and vocally condemns the 'extremists' it should be banned from the shelves. How to find a dentist.
1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.0
