Nationwide Unbelievable Levels of Incompetence
I write this at the end of my tether, I am genuinely shocked at the levels of incompetence demonstrated by the Nationwide.
From my experience over the past week or so there is no case ownership within the organisation and communication is extremely poor boarding on nonexistent.
No updates are provided by the Nationwide I have had to chase everything; the whole application is a sorry story of incorrectly coded data coupled with a complete inability to read the information supplied.
Anyway rant over, any suggestions on the best way to proceed. I have a DIP from another lender but would prefer to avoid the ERC; however as I am on a fairly high fixed rate this would be cheaper in the long run.

On-line works just fine with Nationwide (one of the best) but as Kingstreet says paper based applications are (or at least can be) a nightmareHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0

Without some facts that's nothing to offer an opinion on.0 -
Can the OP be more specific?Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..0
