Bought a hand of pork today, bone and all, on a whim. What can I do with it besides roast it? Any thoughts....?

I usually cook it into the slow cooker, all the fat melts through the meat and it makes marvellous pulled pork.0

jamie oliver slow cooked some pork this week rubbed with fennel and salt, looked nice I am going to try it but with a much smaller piece of pork
I usually make a pork roast dinner, pulled pork and then cold meat and chips if I buy a large piece of pork0 -
ITA cheryl. Otherwise slow roast it on your oven, but the taste will be wonderful.
I usually add a little cider, sage & onion.0 -
I'm a bit fed up with pulled pork and slow roasted pork. Looks like I'll have to man it up on that front.{Signature removed by Forum Team}0
