As a result the second Help to Buy scheme, where the government plans to insure high-loan-to-value mortgages, is now redundant. The chancellor should recognise this before he wastes any more money on the new IT required to operate the scheme.0 -

no. he works for john charcol, the mortgage broker. not the cml.
he certainly comments on cml statements from time to time though -
