    Thanks everybody for your comments

We are based in northern ireland

We have viewed a mid townhouse which was huge, 4 double bedrooms, but we are in detached at the moment and was just looking at a townhouse for the sake of getting something, which I know is a bad move, I just know so many people have had bad neighbours and want to try and move to another detached house.

We sold and moved into rented with the intention of it being for a few months. Well I became pregnant and gave birth before we moved into our house!!

It is much easier moving from rented as we were a cash buyer and so a preferred buyer to EA/Vendors.

Luckily house prices didn't rise but we found that many over priced clogged up the EA window for a couple of years and new sellers weren't coming forward as they couldn't see property selling!

    Hi everyone,

I've sale agreed to a FTB and I just can't find anything to move to. They are co-ownership so I have another couple of weeks but its not looking good.

If nothing comes up should I rent in the hope something comes on the market?

    any advice please

Are you looking hard enough or are you fussy for a particular reason?
