Phone calls starting up again

Hi everyone,
Grrr, after 3 months of silence I have suddenly started receiving calls from the very aptly named wright hassal solicitors, :rotfl:  the thing is, they never speak if you pick up but they leave an automated message if you don't asking you to call them. They don't even say who they are calling for, my number was getting lots of debt calls for someone else before I defaulted on mine so they may not even be looking for me! I really don't want to ring them but I suppose they are going to keep bugging me till I do
If it is for me I suppose I can wind them up by pretending to go and get my debit card and then reading out my court number instead :rotfl:

Do they leave an actual number or does it come up on caller display?
Since you know the name of the company, I'd suggest writing to them asking them to cease and desist otherwise they can be done for harassment.
Keep this in writing so you have a record, I wouldn't recommend speaking to them on the phone as you've got no records of what was said.
Do you have a solicitor who helped you with the court side or was it someone from CCCS/StepChange or the like?
Actually, as it's a solicitor calling, contact the Law Society and the Solicitors Regulatory/Regulation Authority (SRA) for advice.0 -
