Sainsbury's grocery driver test

I recently completed an online test to be a Sainsbury's online groceries driver. The test was a series of questions, each with 4 possible solutions. The task was to choose the best solution for the scenario and the worst. I've had an email to say I was unsuccessful but I feel that some of the answers wouldn't have been known unless you actually work for Sainsbury's and know their policies.
Has anyone else done one before? How did you find it?

Yes I did last year and failed and now glad I did as I have a better job. Agree that one stores policy is probably not the same as another store so it is difficult to give the correct answer to the different scenario's.

If I am thinking of the right test, you basically answer so the customer gets the best outcome each time. It's not always logical, and if I'm honest sometimes I think they say you answered incorrectly because they've had enough applicants (their online application system doesn't work very well so you could've slipped through before it closed). It's been awhile since I've seen the questions to give you an example but I know it's also a bit easier if you've previously worked in a supermarket.

The one thing I would say is imagine what your ideal resolve would be as a customer (its probably unlikely to happen in real life, but never mind) to the situation given, and pick that! If its about behind the scenes stuff, less waste more profit.

I hope that helps, even just a little bit.
