Help with roasting a gammon joint

I bought a roasting gammon joint yesterday, but stuck with cooking instructions.
The label just says roast for 1 hr 50 mins.but what temp would I use ? and any other tips would be great.

I usually boil it for 45mins first - if you have a big enough pan, then roast at Gas 5 - 6 (190 - 200) for an hour or so. I find boiling first keeps it juicier. Nice to add something as a glaze for the last half hour of roasting too. Honey, brown sugar and mixed spice or marmalade are all good.

I do mines in the slow cooker with coke and an onion! Sounds crazy but its amazing

I do mine in the slow cooker too with cloves and honey-it's lovely!
