Not necessarily. Try a different cashier, or a different store. I redeemed my coupon in Tesco with no problems yesterday.

Its a printable coupon so make sure you are connected to a printer.

There are 20,000 coupons available to download from 8th September to 22nd September 2014. If all 20,000 coupons are claimed prior to this date, then the promotion will close for claiming a Free 35g or 30g Nãkd bar or 75p off

The link to print is emailed to you though, which is handy so you can print it later, though I imagine you have to print it before all 20,000 are gone.

My link didn't work, just opened a corrupt file then when I tried to open it again it said it had been used.

Mine didn't work either, pressed the print button and got a blank page, tried again it said I had printed, so no bar for me.
