Easiyo yoghurt too thick

I've read loads of threads about peoples yoghurts being too runny but mine and my daughters ( we made them separately last night ) is too thick
any ideas - I used strawberries and cream sachet , she used toffee

Have you tried stirring it a little? I've found that that makes it more liquid. Other than that, try adding just a little water.

I'll give both of those things a go thank you, we didn't know whether to add a bit more water when we mix it with the sachet before we put it in the big container with the boiling water in ??

Are you using enough water? I use 500ml-ish, add the powder and shake. Then I fill to about 1/2 an inch below the rim and shake a bit more. Then it goes into the big container.

I've noticed that it's very "set" at first, almost like a jelly, but when it's stirred it loosens up a lot and goes more gelatinous.
