I have all the emails sent to and from HR regarding everything and being told the issues are being sorted only for me having to send another email to say there is still the same problems. The only one that was resolved was were my overtime was being fiddled with by my boss. HR had to go through it all and paid up everything that was owed.0 -
Can you not call HR and just check that they've received the email and agree with your leave date / amount of leave you'll be owed then?Signature removed for peace of mind0

I simply cannot imagine "resigning by email".
I think that the OP should give a hard copy resignation letter to HR ASAP.0
