Re-Mortgage

I have a bad credit score and have a Mortgage with Halifax, i want to know if i had any chance changing Mortgage to Nationwide- i could do with some money to buy a used car as my one is knackered- this is the main reason i want to change and i hate dealing with Halifax

  • i guess it couldn't hurt to contact nationwide and ask their advice.

Impossible to say based on no information.

What do you mean by 'bad credit score' exactly? What adverse credit specifically?

    Property value?
    Current mortgage amount?
    Amount you want to borrow?
    Income?
  • Halifax (IMO) go easier on credit score than Nationwide but you could ask Nationwide to look at your case.

Andy is right, much more info needed.

Cleared £15,000 debt whilst being a student full time, bought a house, all whilst working full time.... it can be done!
