I didn't realise I was suppose to keep paying, plus - was I just throwing away bad money after another.!0 -
Theres was no assumed growth rates, explained to me I was told to take this endowment as it was better for me - I wanted a repayment mortgage end of...!
And the redress you were paid put you in that position. You won. You got your compensation.I am taking them to the small claims court I have already complained several times, I just now need to know how much it would cost in the small claims court, I have been disrespected by them they even took me to court because I withheld paying back a loan with them, until they sorted this mess out. I ended up with a CCJ and a lock down of my accounts whilst they fought for their loan money. I ended up paying a lot higher interest rates for another mortgage. So don’t ask have I complained…………I realize now I did go in like a bull in a china shop, I even had sercurity try to move me out of their office.
Get some real legal advice before you make more of a fool of yourself and incur unnecessary costs. You need to let it go. You won. You got your money. You have accepted redress for your complaint re suitability, which would have be made under full and final settlement - which you signed and accepted. There is no further redress for you - you've already had it. Any solicitor you approach, once they know you are complaining about a complaint you've already had upheld and accepted redress for (under FSA prescribed terms), should refuse to take the case, because there isn't one ... unless of course you are complaining about a separate issue other than suitabilty .. which I don't think you are.
Your loan with them, which I assume was off the back of the endowment, has nothing to do with the redress you recd (save if you hadn't purchased the endowment, you wouldn't have obtained the loan).
Anyway, I've an idea how this thread is going to go, and I haven't the energy for it, so I'll leave my contribution with this last post.
Hope this helps

I'm wiser NOW that was a while ago this isn't a money issue - "fool" I'd ask you to take this "fool" comment back - as you only know half of the story - my life’s finished I now have nothing to lose - the nationwide ripped me off then tried to sweep this under the carpet - hiding staff that had given me the CCJ - she thought she was good - yeah she was doing her job - I asked for a face to face - however they decided to hide the cow - I'm a lot different now I’ve learnt a lot but I want answers. I really wish I could leave this I did for 13 years whilst I brought the four kids up theyre all over 20 so now I'm back on the case and whatever happens - remember the Farmer who muck spread a bank and was fined £10,000 now he fought back - sometimes you have to do what you have to do - if you believe in walking away thats your way - I'm dam sick of being walked over if we don't stick together what is the point???0 -

You are lucky the police are not being called if you are stalking her.- "fool" I'd ask you to take this "fool" comment back
You got a CCJ because of your actions. Now you are looking to increase your costs on a fools errand.'m a lot different now I’ve learnt a lot but I want answers

Stalking - get real I've asked to talk to the person who "threathened me" with a CCJ - she hasn't been approached by me - I don't even know who she is - she probably dosent even know what shes caused in my life. So if you think thats stalking you need to read up on this subject - next you will be saying I'm stalking the girl in the corner shop where I buy my morning paper.......! As I'm in there every morning at 6am.......They paid compensation which you accepted.
You are lucky the police are not being called if you are stalking her.

What have I done for the Nationwide to start legal action against me? Look do I care it would cost them a fortune. I'm past caring legal action - I'm going to worry myself to death - I do understand you are trying to help but the police and court don't bother me - I'm too old to care
I'm taking them to the small claims court. I'm doing everything legal - I was annoyed 13 years ago however I didn't have the time to take them on - now I am going too. The nationwide dont worry me whatsoever - half the time they wont even talk to me so.0 -

Not sure who Gracie is but I do hope you get her up for work in the morning - However I'm on a night shift - take care my friend0 -

You caused it. Not her. All of it is your own fault. You took a foolish action that you were never going to win. You left the building society with little choice. What have I done for the Nationwide to start legal action against me?
If you continue frivolous complaints and legal action then they can take action against you.Look do I care it would cost them a fortune. I'm past caring legal action -
It is you that will end up worse off.I'm going to worry myself to death
All because you are acting foolishly doing something you should not be doing. Answer. Don't do it and your problems are resolved. The nationwide dont worry me whatsoever - half the time they wont even talk to me so.
