Well after 7 months we completed yesterday and picked up the keys.
2 issues with our new build.
Our built in wardrobe has not been put in, all there is is a big recess in the bedroom.
Our washing machine doesn't fit in the gap, as the kickboard under the cupboards over runs and is slightly longer.
2 things I am sure that can be sorted pretty quickly.
All in all though, very happy with it.
