Just wanted to check something
I ordered for my husband a pair of shorts from next for instore pick up. When I opened the bag I found the shorts he wanted but also a top we didn't want. There was no paperwork with this top in the bag. As far as I know I haven't been charged for the top either.
The top is nice but a bit small. I suppose I am bit cheeky to keep it. But wondered if next will charge me for it.
I suppose I should just take it back

Keep it if you like it. You wont be charged for it, the store i work in has a few orders like this each week, if they insist on giving it us back then we take it but it will never show on you account as its just a picking error in the warehouse.
Word of warning though we have had customers try to return them for cash refunds or exchanges, don't even try, the item has not been scanned out of the system and the barcodes are unique so it will come up as a 'not sold item' and no store will exchange or refund it.
If it doesn't fit just give it as a present0
