Hi
I am looking to buy a property at auction - I have a AIP from Yorkshire BS for a mortgage on my current property which is mortgage free - the money I raise will pay for the new property outright.
My concern is the turnaround time for YBS to get the mortgage sorted within the 28 days of the auction ending (assuming I get the property).
Does anyone have recent experience of YBS and how long they take to process an application??
