    You can see it round here though. Formthe last few years a 'for sale' has been quite rare. Now they are popping up everywhere and they are changing into 'Sold' signs quite quickly too. The good times are back.

    Same round here. Building work going on like crazy, and quite a few estate agent Sold signs in our street alone. Parking's a nightmare with all the builders now, but hey can't complain :)
