I have coeliacs, be careful some things contain gluten but do not advertise this on their labeling, porridge is a big one, not all state that they are processed in a non-gluten environment, so while porridge doesn't actually contain gluten you still have to buy gluten free, bonkers isn't it!
I recently bought a jar of sea salt, I now know it must be meeting gluten somewhere on the chain as after using it I suffered quite badly, soon as I stopped using it back to normal.
Are you going to be providing anything such as hand wash? Many beauty products contain gluten.
We are a gluten free household, it would be too difficult for me to have all of my own crockery, wash them in a separate sink etc. When preparing gluten free food you need to ensure that your body isn't contaminating it, it might be easier to be bare handed while making gluten food and to wear non-latex gloves while preparing the gluten free food. You'll separate chopping boards, knives, pans, cheese graters, colanders, jugs everything.0
