Glass Engraving??

Hi , I am looking for an engraved wine glass/champagne flute as a 21st birthday gift. There are plenty of online suppliers but the postage is very expensive. Does anyone know of any shops or department stores on the high street that personalise items like this? I am in Manchester btw.

I think quite a few jewellers do this kind of thing. Also the kind of people who do trophies and award thingies. Shoe repairers often do this too. Look in yellow pages under Engravers. The following link is to Yell.com - apologies if it doesn't work.

We have a trophy shop which does engraving, also makes up name plaques too. You just take whatever it is in and they do it for you. Perhaps you have a similar shop that offers a similar service.0
