So today I bought 3 items in store and used a £10 off voucher which they had sent me to encourage me to use my storecard. Tonight though I went online to look at the items I bought to see what they had the models wear with them only to find everything reduced by 20% and the total cost less than what I paid including the £10 off voucher.

So I'm wondering if anyone can tell me how to return the items bought instore and re-buy them online and not lose the voucher or is that just wishful thinking?

Since Sunday, there has been 20% off online. It starts instore on Tuesday, so the email they sent Saturday told me. Another of their "sales"!!! It was just unlucky you purchased today. Maybe you could return them and buy them again tomorrow?? HTH:)

Yes I decided to order them online last night and found a discount code DD49 which gave me another 10% off.
I took back all the stuff I bought yesterday and got a full refund back onto my storecard including the £10 money off voucher I had used yesterday.

Just a bit disappointed the staff didn't tell me about the instore sale starting today when I was in yesterday.
