i wanna...cheap books online

Hey.
Does anyone know any websites that sell cheap used books. I'm looking for some books but don't wanna pay a lot for them. I've been looking in my local charity shops but haven't seen what I want. At the moment, I'm after Philip Pullman's Northern Lights, Subtle Knife, Amber Spyglass.
Thanks,
KKxx

Try going on amazon and looking at the item you want and then clicking on used and new here you will find cheaper items. Just remeber to find out how much the postage is;)

You could try joining Read it swap it. It's a bit like a mixture between Ebay and Freecycle. You swap your old books with other people

I'd really recommend this. Its fab. And it only cost the postage of the book.

You do have to have a few books to begin woth though so you've got something to swop.

I'm a bit naughty. I only swop books that I cannot sell & swop them for books I know will sell once I've read them :o:D

Try asking at your local library. These are popular books and it may well be that they have more than one copy and would be willing to sell the spare in a book sale. Chances are they'd only cost about 20p from them. We do it all the time in the library I work at.
I let my mind wander and it never came back!
