Hi
I am self-employed and have been largely unwell since May. I have no private health insurance and have been told I will receive nothing from the state since I'm self-employed. The bills are piling up and the stress of it is making my illness worse. help!

And now I have the joy of having my foster granddaughter becoming my real granddaughter. Can't ask for anything better

As of today 180919. my granddaughter is now my official granddaughter, adoption finally granted0
