Attachment of Earnings

Quick note to people here, me and partner had an attachment of earnings order against our salaries a while back.
when she finished work, i took over as sole payer. However, it looked like the court instructed my payroll to deduct the entire amount even though we had paid an element from wife's pay.
The creditor, a weasley little man who was happy to purjor himself in court did not inform court as per instructions so now i'm left chasing him.
so keep an eye out for yourself in cases like this... I left a little bit too much trust in the system to sort it out.
