My daughter who is 13 is into nail varnish, design, doing her friends and I thought it would be a good idea to get her a nail bar table for her bedroom for Christmas. At the moment they sit with a tray for a table. She mentioned that she would like a drying fan as well as nail varnish and I thought it would make a brilliant present as well as keeping all her nail things together. The only problem is there are salon professional ones, mobile ones etc but non that I can find that look lovely for a bedroom. Has anyone purchased one that could recommend please?:

How about a plain desk with drawers, with glass or perspex protective covering for the top? That way you have the drawers for all the nail equipment. And the top is protected. Could perhaps get one that fits in with the decor of her room.4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0

Hi, I'm a mobile beauty therapist. I think a mobile nail bar would be perfect for a teens room. The one I have is only available to professionals, but I have had a quick look on ebay & amazon and they both do pretty similar, something like this http://www.amazon.co.uk/Brand-portable-technicicans-manicure-table/dp/B0040XEMKM/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1378752480&sr=8-1&keywords=mobile+nail+table
It can be stored away should she need the floor space, and they are ample big enough when put up to hold everything a budding nail artist would need! May I also recommend a display counter (plastic) for her varnishes, you can get them from amazon, and what about some fimo canes, various nail wraps, gems etc.
Sounds like a wonderful christmas gift, and I know my 13 yr old would love her own nail bar - would save her "borrowing" mine when she has sleepovers etc! It's not about getting what you want, It's about wanting what you get.0 -

given to me. I like the fact that this can be folded away and stored when not in use. Thanks also for your other tips on the display counter etc. I am going to run with this definitely for her christmas present I think. Thanks again :beer:0 -

I had always admired this in the Argos catalog when I was younger and into nails http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/6002284.htm#pdpProductReviews
The shelves are good for displaying polishes and she can sit opposite her friend. Maybe add some perspex on top of the grates on the shelves for more stability.0 -
