when i applied for mine it was the choccy:D ..as when i had filled that in it offered me a form to apply for the sweetner too:j

you dont need a code...when you click on the link - ignore that bit and look at the top of the screen and it says "request a sample"...click on that and it will give you a form to fill in:j
