Foxy.co.uk - what the frig is going on, please help

Hey,
I ordered a game worth £13.75 from foxy.co.uk on friday in the morning.
It says on there site that if it was ordered before 1.30pm then it would be posted by 5pm on Monday. It is now Tuesday 18:19pm and my item has still not been dispatched. It says that if it was ordered after 1.30pm on Friday it would be dispatched by Tuesday 5pm. It still hasnt been dispatched. I have sent them numerous emails and they say that they will get back to me with 24hr. I still havent recieved one reply 4days later. They dont have a phone number or anything.
I expected it to be dispatched by today at least as I am moving out on Friday. I have emailed them and told them about this but have again had no reply.
Have I just been robbed and am I ever going to get my product?
