It's ParkingEye Heeeeelp

Fantastic stories, i would appreciate if you help me fight back a stupid PCN which ruined our holiday to newquay, we parked in Fistral beach only to receive a parking ticket saying you stayed 9 minutes extra or i didnt pay the ticket but it looks like i paid by phone as i found the money taken same day from my account so it looks like i overstayed 9 minutes and they are asking for £60, the company called ParkingEye and i feel its a rip off as it took me a while to get my kids to the car and get them ready to leave including i had to go back to pick up stuff while my wife she was looking after the kids.
Any help will be appreciated guys please thank you in advance.

These links should help for starters:

...and then search the parking forum for the single keyword 'Fistral' to read other Fistral Breach threads and to learn from how they worded their appeals. And you will learn when you search and read those other Fistral threads, that there should be more of a grace period than nine minutes in this car park!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Please could you provide the following information:

what date was the parking 'event?
what date is on the notice to keeper?
Is it a company car or a lease car?
    Is the driver over 18?
Is the car registered to someone who lives in Scotland or Northern Ireland?

    Thanks

    Daisy
