• A suitable day & time for the consultation will be arranged with the winner.
• The winner will receive their hamper within 28 days of winning subject to the personalised session taking place.

Spa Day Prize Terms & conditions

• Available from Monday – Sunday subject to subject to availability at the time of booking.
• At least one person must be over the age of 18 years. .
• Minimum age for the spa is 16 years of age
• Champneys spa resorts include: Tring, Forest Mere, Henlow and Springs.
• The voucher is non-transferrable & valid for 12 months.

Travel Terms & Conditions

• Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter School Holidays and Bank Holidays (UK). Travel will be by train, must be off peak and booked a minimum of 6 weeks in advance.
• Travel must booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of initial correspondence.
