Council tax debt

Hi there, I am hoping someone can help me with a bit of advice. I have a fair amount of council tax debt that I want to pay off so it does not get worse and worse.

I am not sure exactly how much is outstanding , there are various amounts over various tax years left to pay of.

Will each year be a separate debt or will it all be bundled together for me to pay off, I have had a few letter from various companies regarding it but it does not seem to be for the amount I thought was outstanding.

I want to pay this back each month if possible but don't know if I speak to the council or any of the companies that have written to me about it. I just want to pay it off and get it out of the way as fast as I can.

Thanks so much if anyone can help.
