What do you do whilst comping?

Do you give it 100% of your undivided attention or combine it with other activities?

At the mo I have YouTube going in the background, am playing some of the old and new UK X-Factor contestants (and a few Australian) whilst comping.

Other times Radio/tv (live/catch-up) especially music tv channels.

I always have the tv on in the background, usually put dvds on. Currently watching One Missed Call

Look after the kids during the day and work, so comp a bit during the day, on a night when kids are in bed I stick on tv, usually some crime program law and order, csi something like that an comp away ( been chomping for about 2 weeks now) xxx

I just comp. I always do my entering in the hour before anyone else is up so it's nice to have quiet in that time.

I know most people on here are civilised, I was awaiting somebody saying they bonk whilst comping :eek: :rotfl:

Well, I am usually up early so whilst my laptop starts up, I make myself a nice latte and pop on the tv for the BBC news! (I switch to ITV at 6am)

When comping during the morning I usually sit on my settee and have the tv on. I enjoy watching This Morning but during the hour before, whilst Jeremy Kyle is on (God I so hate the tramps on that program!) , I pop into my pink satin gown and tootle regularly past the window in my furry pink heeled slippers looking out for my dear Mr Postie man! Wow he is a dishy spud!

During the afternoons I also have the tv on - and OMG I am thrilled to say, Wor Mr Alan Tickly Titchmarsh is back on our screens tomorrow at 3pm! Now he is another one who is very welcome to pop over to dig in my rose garden! So from now on during week day afternoons I will be comping and swooning over him at the same time.

Evenings - soaps and red wine whist comping!

By the way, a very good tip for spying on the postman inconspicuously is to buy a big pink feather duster and pretend to dust the top of the curtains! Looks pretty innocent I think!

I'm just one of those naughty housewives who likes to comp!

I always have the tv on in the background usually catching up on the soaps from the night before or the other mind mushing rubbish I tend to watch. I also have my son to look after so I juggle the two but while he has his lunch I'll sneak on for a quick comping fix!!

Monday to Friday I only do an hour between 6 and 7, my uni aged daughter does her coursework with the music channels on and I comp.
Weekends anything goes, but during X Factor live shows definitely, miss too much of audition stages if I comp same time, but live shows go on a bit.
I'd NEVER comp during Downton!

That Gino D'acampo is also bit of a hottie too so I enjoyed watching him over the Summer whilst comping!! Oh and that James from The Hungry Sailors - he's another one I swoon over! I just love ITV men! Even some of the men on Secret Dealers turn me on (or is it just because their hands are always holding onto wads of cash!)

I am soooo with you regarding James! He is a hotty but sometimes distracts me from comping too much :rotfl:
