If you are doing APG shop against Sainsbury the 360g dairy milk block chocolate is only £1.79. Getting some to put away for Xmas.
Many thanks - that's a good price for CDM (although I've never looked back since I tried the A SP Milk Chocolate 30p vs 30p). The bars were a normal low of £2.00 before, but they used to be 400g and are now 360g so maybe the £1.79 is just exactly the same as if it were £2.00 on the old 400g ones. (£1.79 rather than the old £2.00 (for a 40g larger bar) makes it perhaps look better than it is.) 10% off in A (vs S) of course.
Note: *not* the CDM Whole Nut and apparently *not* the CDM Fruit & Nut either.0 -

Does anyone know a good place to buy gift bags/anything hampery at a reasonable price? Should I just try eBay? I'm writing lists of everyone I'm giving things to and I'm currently at 20...
When I was a teenager mam used to take me round the charity shops and I'd buy lil baskets for about 20p each, put in cotton wool and some small soaps and those lovely bath bubbles from BS for nice lil prezziesMay: Make £5 a day £115.38 / £155

with thanks to hukd finder phuqfaze. http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/braun-series-3-390cc-4-shaver-with-clean-renew-system-tesco-instore-16-1658314?page=2#comments
the 1st thing i want to point out is, the boxes for these are not all the same.
this is the best way to find one. call Tesco stock number option 1. 0800 505 555
use this number for them to check stock 070106230 by postcode
now when he told me stock was two, he also said but they don't know the location in store (lost). he said ask for someone in store from health and beauty they will help you search for them. on the phone they also confirmed the price at £16. this is really a £50-£60 shaver. been more in the past. well they were out the back on top of a cage. with loads of dust on them.
gave one to my mate for £16.
ignore posts that say they are dearer, as they probably did not scan one. the bc you want is 38376
as boxes vary look out for the 390cc clean and renew. in the bottom right
massive thanks iv just been and got two of these, phoned the number said two in stock they wasnt out on display so asked staff who went looking in the back and got them for me, well happy two christmas presents sorted x:jbetter to have loved and lost then never to have loved at all.0 -
Ahh yes forgot about them :T:T:T thanks for reminding me:D
I made a lovely thing for MIL a couple of years back. A xmas breakfast hamper. I made it up in a hanging basket done in cellophane (cheap from dobbies) and with a garden voucher for her to fill the basket once the food was gone. Food was bucks fizz crossaints fancy coffee. padded out with sweets, tea samples etc. Turned out amazing and can be done reasonably cheap (I got a bit carried away)0 -

While looking at the whole chickens I noticed 4 different prices.
Value £2.48 kg
small/medium chickens £3.50kg with big red sticker
Large/extra large chickens various weights and prices , some are £2.50kg and various prices but others are priced at £5 with no £/kg showing
I picked up a £2.50kg for £5 and it has compared at £3.97 with Adsa
I saw this the other day on here but wasn't sure what chicken it was, didn't think it would compare as it was only £2.50kg.
Just went to get more chicken, none of the £2.50kg there so picked one up for £5 but no £/kg. This one doesn't work
1 x TESCO LGE WHOLE CHICKEN ROASTER £5.00 n/a £6.00
The earlier one I bought was 1.992kg not 1.429kg as stated on the pp
1 x TESCO LARGE WHOLE CHICKEN 1.7KG - 2.19KG 1.429kg £5.00 £3.97 £4.840 -

Can't really blame her. What with all of you sexy laydeez on here including you TM.
How is everyone? Had a good week?
Just realised my APG from JC days is almost up. Must go and recycle on Monday.
I have seen shed loads of kiddies toys and bits and pieces on clearance at Mr Shoes. They included Moshi Monsters, Doctor Who things and a whole array of others. Cheap Xmas presents maybe?
Speak soon. Have a good weekend all. And thanks for reporting with all the offers and glitches and womble results etc. Much appreciated.0
