    Good evening all!
I got what I would call the "7+7 Classic Variety" pack (mixture of Salt & Vinegar, Original and Cheese & Onion).

To be fair though, it's not totally clear from the previous comparisons which pack to buy. I nearly got the (7+7)x Original. Then I had my doubts. I knew the comparison that showed it comparing to A (and M) at £1.00 said "Family" in its description. There were ones, on the shelf, that matched that description - my SEL said "NEW" as well as the £1.75 price. It had the right description whereas the one for the Original only packs didn't. Even so, I was putting my faith in the SELs being correct;) and the items being in the right places on the shelves. I took great care over this though (not wanting T to take more money from me) - and fortunately the one I got was the correct one. The only thing that worked on my shop:(.
  • Ryanair to reform 'abrupt culture', says Michael O'Leary

Ryanair, the budget airline that has come under increasing attack over its treatment of passengers, is to reform its "abrupt culture".

Michael O'Leary, the chief executive, told shareholders that the airline would overhaul its website, set up a new team to respond to emails and stop fining customers whose carry-on baggage exceeds minimum sizes by a matter of millimetres.
"We should try to eliminate things that unnecessarily !!!! people off," he said at the company's annual meeting in Dublin on Friday.

He made the comments after several shareholders raised complaints about how poor customer service was hitting sales.
  • That's gotta reduce the fear factor a bit when you know your bag could be construed as a bit too long in 1 dimension or a tad too heavy.

I've learned never to assume anything.
This (me over the Family hula hoops) comes from my experience examining items in Mr M and wondering whether they are exactly the same, comparable etc. - I need a certain amount of sureness before I put them onto my M list:rotfl:! As well as from several occasions over the years (earlier) of buying an incorrect product.
