endless emails to and fro later and last night i sat and put all receipts into a folder, along with a list of things which i can remember what items i was claiming for.
They have got back to me today saying that because the receipts were not input within the 24 hours they cannot pay out.....!!! well obviously it has gone past 24 hours as some of these receipts date back to August!
what a joke this msl malarky has turned out to be for me.
Needless to say, they are refusing to pay out.
anybody got any advice to what i can do now or should i just put it down to bad experience and leave them be?
I am owed over £80 in all.
Have you tried contacting Terri at mysupermarket. She sorted mine out for me and got them all paid after I asked what had happened and emailed her all my receipts.0 -

I never got no email confirmations, when i first queried it, they told me that my email address wasnt even registered on their system, but when i go into my account on mysupermarket and click cashback i can clearly see how much they owe me.
i emailed to check they had received my receipts as i had no email confirmation and was told to email the receipts over to them, which i did, then when i queried them about 2 weeks later because i still had not been paid out, they told me to email them again, which i did and then was told that because 24 hours were gone they could not pay out!
just seem to be going round in circles with them but getting nowhere, i have tried facebook too, really thought i was getting somewhere with them yesterday because i actually got a reply...... needless to say asking me to email the receipts again, so i sat last night and put all receipts into a folder, tried to remember what items i was claiming cashback for, sent them all off this morning and got the same old reply back... the date on the receipts are too old bla bla bla...It`s nice to be important, but its more important to be nice.

Comparison total (compared products only) £9.96 £4.19
For your information:

still very happy with what i got.
trigger was the shampoo..
You've mixed two shops Claire.
The Lotion and Crème both compare to S's. The Lotion and Deos both compare to T's.
As the Deos give the larger APG your comparison has been made against T's.0 -

Nice one, but nobody else knows me as Sad_Dad apart from you lot. Plus I'm all about saving money so rather than waste money on a personal reg plate it would be cheaper to change my name by deed poll to my car reg (a top tip from viz just in case you think I'm witty).
