Bit miffed this morning.
Cancelled my Ts order last night because I assumed Ts would fix the glitch and also because we couldn't afford to sink that much into beer(DH had to renew his parking permit for work
) and sods law it looks like I'd have got them at the glitchy price.
Oh well, win some, lose someHistoric Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!

I have been trying to claim for a flight delay from july 12 but the flight stats are completely wrong and change from british summertime to gmt .........meaning the flight really landed in spain two hours later than their stats.
Don't know how to prove it either, but it cost me several hundred pounds to buy another connecting flight as I missed the earlier one.0 -
Off D/S, that's my understanding as well:
I had forgot to scan an item with the scan and pay barcode thing, when I went to pay and the nice lady in Bury cancelled it all (effectively making it just a self service till) scanned all goods again and I got a shock at the price until she clicked on the finish and pay for me and it knocked off the discount on the beers.
So you need to click the finish and pay for the discount to be applied hth0 -

It might not have worked anyway Dipdap. Ive read elsewhere of people whose beer just disappeared from their orders yesterday after it went unavailable online.0 -

Thanx, makes me feel better
We're trying to get ourselves out of a credit card mess and so far this month haven't used one (very proud of ourselves) and we could so easily have stuck the order on one.
I picked up 3 crates in store yesterday and paid cold hard cash anyway so we still got someHistoric Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!

Delays must be over three hours to claim compensation
Compensation for delays is only due on flights arriving over three hours or more late. How long the delay is determines how much you could be entitled to. If the delay is two hours or more you could be due expenses at the airport for food, etc.
Crucially, this is a straight rule. It's about when you arrive, not when you leave. So if you’re on a flight that takes off 4 hours late but arrives 2 hours 55 minutes late, you’re not over the 3-hour delay needed to be eligible for compensation.
