I have no idea. I did 2 orders one in my name and one in OHs name but the Ts and Quidco accounts I used have our real names anyway.

Thanks for all your help. I logged into quidco in my account and clicked on the coke offer. When I sent to T's it automatically took me to the new account as I hadn't logged out, so fingers crossed.

How do they know you have shopped if you link after you place your order? I assumed you had to click through from clicksnap in the same way that you do for any other Cashback.

All I can see on the T&Cs is that you must have visited the latest offers page to be eligible for Cashback. This is my first online Cashback with them

I am having this problem as well, my basket now is nothing like what is started with.

Ive also ended up with 4 codes for £60 shops but it will only accept one of them :(

Its also telling me to change my slop as this promotion is only valid until the 18th but that's today and it only seems to be trying to save me £1

So now I have 9 carlings and one special k - total after e voucher £50 - does this sound correct? And for this I should get £24 cashback whenever.

    Not pressed recede yet ..

Sorry, I was just going by what I read on here

I played safe and registered my T.com details with clicksnap first and clicked through from their offers page

I didn't use the basket function on quidco, I didn't even know about it :o I just clicked through to Ts, added my coke and a loaf, and checked out using a £15 code.

Ive no idea about the maths with the carling, I haven't looked at that offer.
  • Towergate Insurance - free £5 M&S voucher when you call for a caravan insurance quote - £5 is sent out with your quote.

01242 528844 - probably worth mentioning the M&S voucher to make sure they pop one in.

Completely natural if you were thinking of buying a caravan to phone ahead and find out how much the insurance will be.

Yes, same here. It mentions tracking so I guess that would point to having to click through from their page. How else could they track it? Then it says you must have 'visited' the latest offers page. Not very clear.

    Online

Cashback is eligible from purchases made from either: Asda, Sainsbury's, Tesco, Ocado or Waitrose.
Please allow up to 14 days for your purchase(s) to track into your Quidco account.

For your cashback to be validated you must have visited the latest offers page before your confirmed delivery date.
There are a maximum number of items which can be redeemed per offer which varies and is confirmed in the Terms & Conditions associated with each offer.
