Surely very tall people have an advantage:D

Guess they would but I'm not that tall either 5ft 6

One for the ladies - just out of curiosity, because there is so much variation on manufactures websites etc what is the general consensus on waist size in inches to be a size 10 and 8? TIA :)
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

Ideally your waist measurement should be less than half your height. This means if you're 5 ft 4ins you should try to keep your waist below 32ins.
Scientists say these two measurements are a better way of predicting your risk of heart disease and type 2 diabetes.

  • Evening peeps. Got plastered today!! Hospital wouldn't put a cast on my ankle as it was still swelling up on Sunday. Had a cat scan today and it's not looking too clever. :( Got to go back on Thursday for a more in depth scan as it looks like multiple breaks throughout my foot. On the brightside, painkillers are working a treat. Who needs alcohol. :rotfl:

Just noticed RSH vouchers for Thursday in this weeks email. 2,500 will be released at 4 times.

Anyone think RSH are feeling the pinch? This used to be 30,000.

    Hi,

I've ordered 6 x 24 cans from tesco to collect tomorrow.

Price at the moment is £9.99 for 24 but from tomorrow they will be price £6

I've used my first £17 off a £60 order so tomorrow when I collect the cokes will actually only cost £36 (6x£6) - £17 is £19 to pay tesco

Then I can claim £12 from click snap for buying 3 lots of 2x24 cans.

    £19-£12 = £7

    £7 / 144 cans is 4p each
I love waking up and not knowing what the day will bring.
